Putin Resumes Bomber Patrols

Today the USA Today website reported that Vladimir Putin is resuming long range bomber patrols. This came on the heels of a joint Russian-Chinese military exercise on Russian soil. The Russians and Chinese have formed a "strategic partnership" intending to "counterbalance Washington's policies". If you read other USA Today stories involving Russia, you'll notice a trend.
